Records Management Coordinator (1 Year Contract)
This is a one (1) year contract to start May 01, 2021. Reporting to the CEO/Clerk, you will be responsible for a specific project that will include transferring documents into Laserfiche Software, using TOMRMS records management program.
• Experience in using Laserfiche, TOMRMS (or other records management software) and Microsoft Word
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience in an office environment
• Able to work independently with high degree of accuracy
Rate of pay: $17.00/hr working 35 hours a week.
